The Internet is working fine. But we are unable to receive or phone out using our land line
An electrical fault has been detected, this could be caused by the internal setup, Are you able to connect a phone directly to the test socket and check if you have a dialtone.
Also are you able to test with a different handset.
I have just checked the handset on the test socket, there is still no dial tone. If you can check my previous records, you will see that this has happened on a number of occasions. The fault is normally outside on the path.
Line test has picked up a fault, so ill log this to our network team.

Then if you can send me via a personal message on the community with the best available dates and times for you, Monday to Friday, either AM (8am tilll 1pm) or PM (1pm till 6pm) for the visit we will book this.
