Urgent. Elderly mother.

My elderly mum (80's) cannot dial out. This is the second time she has been mistakenly cut off. We have tried to contact support for the last two days but have been unsuccessful. She is up to date with all payments.

She is in isolation and needs her phone to contact her health advisor and to keep in contact with family.

Please reconnect her service asap.
