Voicemail not working

Hello,

the voicemail feature doesnt work on my landline. After few rings it say "This telephone number doesnt have a voicemail feature, please hang up and try again". I check my account and voice mail it active. Faulted this via phone but no replys from you techicians.

The hadnset did have voicemail and it was turned off. This topic can be closed.
