This is my first day (06/07/21) with TalkTalk and it went live today.
Broadband works fine, 35meg download and 5.5meg upload and speed graphs appear stable. Also seems OK when using an alternative broadband speed tester.
Telephone works, can call out and receive inbound calls.
Cannot activate callsafe, even after allowing time for it to activate.
My Account also shows my phone as being inactive and callsafe is off.
From the Service Centre a line test tells me that my phone is disconnected and to check my phone number.
Also get message saying I don't have an account when trying to access Home Phone Boosts (as a test) and same again when trying to access Calling Features (as a test).
Also still haven't received an email link to verify my forum login so can't even post this on the forum to ask for help.
This is not a good start to my relationship with TalkTalk. I consider the callsafe functionality to be an essential part of my Fibre35 broadband and phone package.
Please investigate and rectify these issues soonest, preferably before the 14 day trial period expires.
