Help me please!
I had the Open Reach engineer round recently to upgrade me to Fibre65.
I was told my old phone line wouldn't work and I would need to buy a digital phone to use my landline service I am paying for. I was not told any further details
Having now purchased a digital phone with absolutely no life in it when connected to Hub, I am actually at a loss finding information online as to what phone I need to purchase, whether I can actually use my landline service with my current router (i did not get a new hub with the Fibre65) or whether I need to buy additional adapters to plug this phone in and receive power
I appreciate hearing what I need to purchase in order to use the landline service i am paying for!

Have you tried your phone in the phone socket? Either the old one or and the new one?
