caller display has stopped working

My caller display has stopped working. this happened after a recent area fault.

I have tried re initializing it, this does not work.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault. Did the no dial tone fault only occur at the test socket? Does it return if you re-connect the phone back at the original location? If there is still no dial tone then please let us know and we can raise this over to Openreach for further investigation.

Just to add - the line test is detecting a loop fault which can sometimes be caused by equipment connected to the line or internal wiring. Where is the phone connected at the moment please?
