one of my phone lines went down in June for the second time within a few weeks of it being fixed so i tried to cancel as it was only a spare phone as when i set it up i had 4 teenage daughters at home well due to illness over the last few months i did not realise that you were still charging me for a line that does not work please could you sort it out for me
