I cannot recieve calls, i have reported this 3 times and i cannot make them understand whats going on. and when i tell them i cant recieve calls they send me a text telling me my broadband is ok. whats that got to do with me being unable to recieve calls? customer service is terrible.

Thanks for confirming. I've run a test on the voice service now which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Does this also happen with 2 different handsets?

For them to identify your account, add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
