cannot recieve calls

I cannot recieve calls, i have reported this 3 times and i cannot make them understand whats going on. and when i tell them i cant recieve calls they send me a text telling me my broadband is ok. whats that got to do with me being unable to recieve calls? customer service is terrible.

Morning,

 

Thanks for confirming. I've run a test on the voice service now which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Does this also happen with 2 different handsets?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service

 

Do you have a dial tone and are you able to call out OK?

Maybe best to wait for staff to reach your thread, but it won't be before Monday, @alan 15.

 

For them to identify your account, add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Look out for replies on here when they follow up during the week. Any notification emails are No Reply.
