Hi

I just added on International Max Boost whcih on the website says it gives 1500 minutes. On the confirmation email received it states I only get 1000 minutes! "1,000 minutes to landline or mobile numbers in over 50 destinations including Europe, North America, Asia and Australia."

Which one is correct?

As well, is there a 60 minute limit per phone call with this onternational boost? If yes, how much does it cost after 60 minutes?

Thanks

Sam

Hi Sam397

The boost is for 1500 mins, after the minutes expire then you are charged normal international rates

Sorry for any confusion, will feed this back.

It looks like it's total minutes, rounded up per call, @Sam397. Let's wait for staff to confirm.

Very poor that there appears to be a discrepancy in the advertised number of minutes allowed. If they've done it by total minutes per month, you shouldn't be limited to a maximum call length.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details,  so that staff can identify your account.

Hopefully a response from them after the  Bank Holiday.
