I have an issue with my landline. Several people have tried to ring and have told me that the phone rings once and then cuts out. I can make outgoing calls no problem.
Internet is also working fine.

Can you please add your home phone number to your 'Community Profile' so I can pick this up for you.

So in fact the issue is that you can't receive calls, but you can make them.
