i would like to know what now it takes talktalk 7 working days to get a customer a new number for harassing calls? I have never had this issue when I in the past changed my number. BT, Sky, virgin media would changed it fast. why has talktalk gone like a snail now with service and help. I been with you 16 yrs and cannot believe this. I hope someone can help and speed up the process of changing my number. thank you
Unfortunately customer services are not able to carry out the process to renumber the line, so they escalate it to another department. 7 days is the standard timescale given by customers services, it is usually a lot quicker than that.
