Hi, I've had no dial tone and cannot make calls for the last couple of weeks,
If you ring my phone it just sounds like its ringing to the caller but my phone does not ring.
I've checked everything obvious my end.
I've tried reporting but the phone number but it reported I have a broadband fault,
(which I don't that works fine) and won't allow me to talk to anyone.
Can you investigate please?

Openreach have now closed this fault - Fault found at the exchange
Has this fault been fully resolved?

I can see that this fault has now been assigned to a line engineer so we should hopefully receive some additional updates this afternoon.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line test has detected a potential fault at the exchange so I have escalated this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.
