problems with landline

Good morning, would someone be able to help please.

 

Can't make/receive calls. No dial tone.

When I try to call our landline from my mobile, it rings, but nothing happens when trying to pick it up.

Tried different phone, different filters, test socket to no avail.

Fibre BB is fine but much slower... it's set to around 17/2, before it was solid 40/10.

 

Also just noticed on "my account" - "Your services on telephone number xxxxxxx were disconnected on 2015-12-09."

We've been fine until about two days ago for years, and paying bills as normal.

A line test has picked up a Fault, so I will pass this to our network team to investigate. 

 

I will let you know what they find.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours. 

 

We can check the fault ticket on Thursday for an update
