I lost my password to my account
.I followed the reset link. through to the security page, then to an email, the email took me to the reset page.
The problem is that every time I put in a password into the box I get " does not follow the password word rules" ALthough they were old passwords excepted before, that Ive rotated from other sites ect. I even tried the chat ladys name Precious123 but no joy.
I was hoping to re download my supersafe boost and obtain a new key from the site (its on my account and paying for it) after a windows reboot but no joy.
