Problems with SuperSafe Boost

First Timer

I registered for super safe boost but did not get email from F-Secure with password. I logged into my supersafe account but my talktalk password did not work, so clicked on forgotten password, they sent a link to reset password, the link did not work, it was greyed out and lined through.So I wrote the link down but when I used it it said time expired.I have had an online chat with talktalk ,the could not help and said to try the community, which is what I am doing now. Can anyone out there help. I think all I need is a password from F-Secure. Please help.
