SuperSafe boost login

First Timer

I joined TalkTalk last week and unfortunately the sales representative set my email up incorrectly as a address rather than gmail. I've downloaded supersafe but can't login with my new updated account email address. When I click to reset password with my gmail email address I receive nothing. Clearly supersafe will only recognise the original email address set up on my account. No a single advisor can help me with this. Please advise. Cheers
