Hi Jason

 

Have a read of the article How to use TalkTalk HomeSafe® and expand the section on Scam Protection.

 

You can sign in to MyAccount and view the Homesafe settings including the Scam Protection status.

 

But if you cannot switch off Scam Protection in MyAccount then the phone number for Customer Service is to ask the TalkTalk service agent to clear you through security and confirm the switch off of Scam Protection.

 

Or the team here can clear you through security and confirm the switch off of Scam Protection.
