In as much as IE11,Firefox are working okay with the extension Microsoft Edge which is also installed does not reckonise the app as yet but I rarely use it,it is with chrome the issue is troublesome I install the app/extension go through the "Reinstall Browser Protection" re boot computer as asked find the app/extension enable it and all goes well till I turn of computer or close the browser,then app/extension as gone leaving me to go through the whole process again and again till I give up entirely also the same thing happens on my Lappy...
Hi grouser, would you follow these steps for me:
"With regards to your inquiry, we would like to ask for additional information for investigation:
1. Does the issue persists with other browsers such as Firefox or Internet Explorer?
2. What is the version of Google Chrome that is in use?
3. Please create and send an FSDIAG file to us for analysis:
- Click Start> All Programs > (Your F-Secure product) > Support Tool. The Support Tool window is displayed.
- Click OK. The tool starts gathering information. It creates the output file on your desktop."
Once you've run the FSDIAG file please send it to TTRCRSupport@talktalkplc.com make sure you put your username in the subject bar.
If I keep chasing you Ady people might get the wrong impression In all seriousness cant beleive that F-secure have taken this long with No feedback to the problem I am having I can't be the only one(Hopefully)
