Before I set up CallSafe I occasionally received recorded, unidentified calls, for example, from a hospital to confirm an appointment. How will CallSafe deal with these so that I will be able to accept them?
What's needed to allow through automated calls, where these are not already identified by TalkTalk, is to find out the calling number from your NHS Trust and add that as an Approved number. It will still show as Withheld on a Caller Display but CallSafe will allow it through the screening.
