I’m a tenant of a really lovely old lady who doesn’t have an online Talk Talk account and usually calls the call centers to deal with issues, but since the centers are closed, we can’t turn off homesafe or this scam protection at all. I work from home and I can’t access most of the websites I usually use. I only have the landline number Talk Talk is registered on, but I don’t have enough information to actually open an account here. Is there any way to turn off homesafe remotely? I can’t even shop for e-books anymore! There’s 6 of us in the house and we’re all facing the same problem

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
