Cannot turn off scam protection

First Timer

I have followed the steps shown and do not get a pop up window appear to confirm that I want to turn off scam protection.


I have tried this using Chrome, Firefox and Edge. On Edge I also disabled to pop up blocker and still unable to turn off scam protection. When I refresh or log off and on again it shows Scam Protection back on.


Can someone please help me or tell me how I can contact Talktalk so they can shut it down for me.

It should work with pop ups disabled, but as you can't get it working hold fire for help here.
