I am trying to log in to F-secure as I have paid for up to 8 devices but I cannot log in. I have tried the password re-set but I do not receive the e-mail for the re-set and it is not in my junk or spam folders. I can log into my Talk Talk account OK.

Hi Richard,

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

No I have not received it and I tried to log in again to F-secure but that did not work and I also tried the password re-set to my e-mail address obscured for customer security

 

I really need this fixing urgently as i have devices unprotected and I am paying for the Super Safe Boost?

Hi Richard,

 

I can't see any issues with the account so I've tried sending the email again. In addition to your webmail inbox can you also please check both the spam and the trash folders
