Home safe boost

Tried for 5 days to install home safe boost cannot continue as no button to do so (it does say click button) called and I am told it is on my device but I don’t know how asi have had no conformation email from F secure. to give me the code needed to log in.i have called every day and no further on . An hour at a time every time I call  it is too much any ideas to get me any further in this matter would be very appreciated.
