I can't find the place on the community forum where I posted my previous question about this problem so I am trying again here. I received an email notification of a formal response. I have been to the HomeSafe Settings page and turned 'Scam Off' but having selected 'Off'' I DO NOT GET A POP-UP WINDOW saying 'Confirm'.
What am I doing wrong please?
Can you try using a different browser to see if this helps, if using chrome, try and incognito window.
