I need my Scam Protection to be switched off. I'm currently working from home and I'm unable to access my work systems because the Network is blocking them. This was switched off by a member of TalkTalk last week and I have been able to access my work systems fine, until this morning where it seems a change in settings has been made in the background. This needs remedy as soon as possible as I'm not able to work.
You can go on the blocked website by going to your kids settings!
Go to my account
scroll to bottom and click homesafe
then turn on kid safe if you have it off
It will allow you to select what to block and allow
If you type in the URL in the box the select allow, it should bypass the scam protection
