I have been with talktalk for several years and always had thier on-line security. About a month ago my security went off,   I contacted TalkTalk who said my router was outdated and suggested a new Wi-Fi Hub which I have now received and setup.  Still NO access to home safe.  I feel I have been mis-sold the Wi-Fi Hub as nothing has changed and cannot find an answer to my problem.  I am trying not using my computer at a time when we seem to need it more.
