Problems with SuperSafe Boost

Since the upgrade by Talktalk three weeks ago I have lost the security cover for my second device and am unable to log in to the Supersafe Boost screen to try to re-activate. As far as I can remember I've never had a password and attempts to obtain one have failed. I have received several emails with a supposed link to 'change' my password but they're always crossed/grayed out so don't work. Talktalk seem unwilling/unable to suggest a solution.

Hi seedtesta, I've sent the welcome mail to you and forced a password reset. You'll get the email and it will probably hit your spam folder rather than your inbox. Please let me know how you get on.
