Scam Protection too general, no option to remove sites

Firstly there seems some mis info between Scam Protection and Super Safe, the phone person was mixing up.

In any case the "Scam Protection" blocked a site which might be a risk for some but was required for my work. I should be able to add specific domains to an ignore list, instead it just blocks a whole load of sites (is there a list of them anywhere?).

Could it be upgraded to have a safe list?

Also it only gives a sensible block message if you go via www.domain...

If you go via a link or by typing https://... then the browser gives you an error (Secure Connection Failed), you do not get the talktalk scam protection message coming up.

This isn't great either as anyone getting it suspect either their PC has issues or their broadband has issues - causing a waste of time

Hi AndyZ,

I'm sorry but are you talking about specifically Scam Protection or HomeSafe in general?

If you need access to Teamviewer we can disable scam protection for you, we'll just need to confirm some details with you

Thanks

Chris
