Scam Protection

First Timer

I've been trying, with no luck to turn off scam protection. I don't want to change my DNS settings as we use the homework time setting, so I tried to do this on my account. It tells me its switched on, and to turn It off I have to call an 0345 number. I spent a frustrating 20 minutes explaining this and ultimately was told to clear browser, reset router, wait 15 minutes etc etc. None of this has made any difference and I am still unable to turn it off or use my teamviewer. 


I would appreciate some assistance with this, as I've been unable to resolve it using the phone number talktalk provide.
