We started a new TalkTalk package, with a faster broadband speed, it came with the Super Safe security protection, which had to be downloaded separately.  We haven't downloaded it however, because we have the Microsoft security protection version running on our PC, which has Windows 10 installed.  The thinking was, having 2 lots of security running, from 2 different companies, they would conflict with each other.  Is this thinking correct, can anyone tell us?  Are we better to stay with what we have, the Microsoft version only, or is there some merit in downloading the SuperSafe too?  Will it work OK side by side with the Microsoft protection?

Hi goldiep, you're correct the 2 different systems will conflict and almost certainly bring the device to a standstill if you can get them both installed.  You would have to choose one or the other.
