Hey everyone. I’ve just joined Talk Talk and have with my package SuperSafe for one device - this is free. IBut how do I subscribe to SuperSafe and receive an email telling me what password to enter? I’ve downloaded the app but can’t log in. Do I use a new email and password to log in, or do I use my TT email and password? I have tried the latter but it doesn’t recognise them. Help!!
Hi Angel57, you would normally use your MyAccount login for SuperSafe boost, but that's not right in this instance. I'm just waiting for the correct ID once I have it I can send you the welcome mail and password reset message. If you want to change the login to your current MyAccount login I can do that for you once we've run through the security checks.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
