I have just downloaded supersafe to my computer which is running MOS Mojave 10.14. I have tried to log into supersafe with my talk talk account log in details but it says invalid log in. I have spoken to technical support via the online chat and spoke over the phone and they have advised me to come here and ask. Please help.

Hi rbaumann, it looks like you've changed your MyAccount login. We can get this sorted for you. I've sent you a Private Message once you reply and I've checked security we can change i can make the change needed.

Hi rbaumann, it looks like the order for SSB didn't complete on the back end systems. I've removed the boost which will trigger some mails to you. Don't worry I'm working on this and you need do nothing for the moment. I'll post back and let you know if and what you need to do.
