Hi Claudio, none of your current emails is the login for SSB. I've had to ask a 3rd line team to provide the login. Once I have that I'll resend the welcome mail and password reset.
Hi Claudio, it seems that the backend systems aren't seeing your login details as registered. I've had to remove the boost and then when that order completes I'll add it back on. That should clear the problem for you.
