TalkTalk swapped me from "ordinary" broadband to the Faster Fibre service. Great, I'm getting 23Mb instead of 1Mb. BUT, when I was trying to use the Safe Browser on my phone, it showed me that Supersafe was suspended. I logged in to MyAccount and Supersafe and that too showed as suspended.
I therefore started a chat session and eventually 'Technical Support' claimed they could not help as it was showing their end as enabled... and suggested I posted a question in this forum. Thank you to anyone who can help, and sorry if this has already been answered - I tried searching but could not find a problem like this.
I should add that it seems to be working OK on my Home PC (Windows XP) but not on my Phone (Android). Not checked my Windows 10 laptop or tablet. Have the 8 licence package, its been working OK for many years, stopped today following the swap to faster fibre. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
