I need help please! I have downloaded the antivirus and cannot get to activate it because the security hub rejects my credentials, I am told through CHAT that I need to have the credentials reset. When I try to do this at the login page I do not receive the email.

Hi MickyB1, you don't need your details resetting. I've just sent the welcome mail and forced a password reset for you. This email will come to the mail address you registered with on the community. It may and probably will though arrive and end up in your junk/trash or spam folder. Please let me know how you get on.
