Supersafe Password

F secure will not recognise password to set up Supersafe and then when entering email address as requested no response is coming to email despite trying numerous times. 

How then can a new password be sorted?

I am having the same problem.  I order supersafe, but have not been sent a username and password by f-secure.  I tries the "forgot my password" function, but nothing arrives which suggests i havent been set up.


I have contacted talktalk support twice, and both times been told the wrong information.  I will not waste time with them again.  Can anyone here help?

Have you also tried to check the Spam folders to check if the email has been directed there? This should come from SafeAvenue.
