Supersafe boost no longer on lap top after a reset

I have had to have my laptop reset and now my supersafe boost is no longer loaded.  When I try to download it again I can't as the licence is showing as already in use.  I only get one free licence with my package.  How can I download supersafe boost again and protect my lap top.

Hi Warwickdell, it's pretty simple you just need to login to SafeAvenue and release the licence. You'll then have the licence available to the laptop. 

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
