Teamviewer blocked

PLease could someone unblock my teamviewer, i have turned off security as advised by chat but still not access.....very frustrating

You can do it yourself.

 

By default, TalkTalk are now actively blocking websites commonly used by Scammers to access a PC. These include:-

http://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspx
http://www.supremocontrol.com
http://www.anyplace-control.com
http://www.ammyy.com
https://anydesk.com
www.screenconnect.com/
http://lp.connectwise.co.uk/
https://www.join.me/

This feature can now be disabled (at your own risk of course) by logging into MyAccount. Then go to:-


My Services > Broadband > View HomeSafe settings

In there turn off Scam Protection.

Hi Keith, The fix you describe does not work.. for everyone.. Tessyb mentioned above that they have already switched off like myself and still blocked. OCE has switched off /reset for me this morning and still blocked. I tried the 5 min switch on and switch back off but still blocked.

I noticed when I switched kid safe on .. despite not selecting any categories to block .. the email informed me there was a category blocked. How do we switch scam safe category off?

Maybe there is something wrong with the system. I will ask one of TalkTalk's OCEs to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

The forum is not real time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time, this can take 24 - 48 hrs (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Alternatively, you can call the call centre or use on-line chat. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. So the fewer entries you make on your thread now, the sooner they will pick it up.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-

Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TT will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
