Hi there, I also need to work from home but I have been told that I need to ask talktalk to remove some restrictions. I am not sure if it is just scam protection that needs to be turned off? I cannot seem to get to speak to someone via phone and there is no live chat. Can a member of the team please lift any restriction that is not allowing me to remotely connect to my work desktop please? Thank you.
