I have read the various posts about turning off scam protection which all use My Account. Unfortunately I am unable to register for My Account as after entering email and account number, i get the message:
Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed further due to insufficient information on the account. Please contact us for help.
The 'contact us' link doesn't help either. I need to speak to someone about this but am unable to do so. All the telephone numbers I have eventually just end up with 'we have had to close down this line'. Please can someone help?
