Please do a quick check that your Community Profile includes in Personal Information (Click here) your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to save changes.


TalkTalk's Community Team OCE will then locate your registered TalkTalk details.


How to use TalkTalk HomeSafe® See scam protection


  1. Log into MyAccount
  2. Select My Services
  3. Select View HomeSafe settings
  4. Select OFF and confirm when you see the pop up window


You may also need guidance from your IT consultant to find out which website address might be needed in the KidsSafe Approved list of websites.
