I have tried to log a complaint via chat and email however have been unsuccessful. How can I resolve this? I have been without internet for two weeks now and was told after 2 hours of talking to someone on chat (by the end my mobile data had run out!) that I needed a new router which would be with me within two working days. It’s now been 5 working days and still no router. After two weeks of no internet I really don’t think I should pay my full monthly bill as this is all I use from talktalk. Help!
