Just had an email from agentur@krispl.cc saying:

Our administration department detect that your latest bill failed. It appears that some of the billing details associated with your account have expired or missing.

Your products are pending disconnection on: 15 January 2019.

To avoid interruption of service we strongly recommend that you log in and verify your billing details.
