I'm using CallSafe. Today I emailed a retailer and waited for their call back; my phone didn't ring but they emailed to say they were unable to call me. I called them, and they said their call log shows 'Call Failed - JSON error". I know JSON is a data transmission format, and I'm fairly sure that the error would be somewhere in the CallSafe process. Has anyone else seen this, or had unexpected call blocking, and/or could an OCE refer this issue to support for me, please?
