I've been having problems with getting texts from my bank to register with PAYM. my bank has confirmed messages are being sent and at MY request my SIM has been replaced incase it was somehow corrupted. Still no texts from my bank. All other texts amid calls sent and received no problem. Im not registered with PAYM with my phone number so it has to be a problem with talk talk! I've searched for an answer. I couldn't face more trying to make myself understood by calling customer services so I went to the community. OK, it's early days but not one response which either means no one else has this problem or no one can be bothered to respond. This issue has been going on for weeks now and I'm pretty fed up of trying to fix the problem alone with not a lot of help or interest from talk talk. Poor show!
So my suggestion is do some work.
