My mobile phone account has apparently been suspended due to over plan data usage (when a security camera was mistakenly connected to it instead of wifi) It's only £16 extra to pay which would normally be paid off on 7 January 2022.
Payments are made through direct debit and have never been missed. I don't understand the suspension.
Been given a phone number 03451 7200 44 to talk regarding this but been on hold for 40 minutes. Wondering if there is actually anyone there to answer.
Any help gratefully received.

Update have been on the phone over an hour. Spoke to four people on a very crackly line. Apparently I need to pay the excess in order to get my phone back live. Went into pay my bill and it says zero outstanding.
I am a very patient person but this has really got to me.
