A week ago, prior to going to Belgium for a few days, I called TalkTalk to set up roaming on the two mobiles on my account. My wife's phone worked fine whilst we were away but mine didn't work either for calls or data. Was this maybe because I only have the "Essentials" SIM?
NB it is 11:00am. I wanted to ask via Live Chat but an on screen message says "Our team is not available right now, please chat back between 8am - 10pm, or visit help.talktalk.co.uk for further assistance." It is well within the time parameters so what is wrong here?

No. I also have two sims with talktalk, one of them "Essentials". They both worked fine on a recent visit to Italy and Greece.
