I have a credit on my closed mobile account,most companies will pay this back directly to your account,why dont talktalk do the same? (my direct debit mobile account is still live) i also still have Broadband & phone with talktalk why cant they pay the credit into that account?-many thanks.
On your final bill showing the credit, it advises you to call to request the amount.
One simple call is all that is required.
i never saw that & as you must know there is no such thing as a simple call to talktalk!! its usually a nightmare dreaded by many people. Anyway if you have a current active account why cant the credit be paid into that? many thanks.
