I am responding to an invitation from Andy to call his team regarding my problem of over usage of my mobile allowance.My telephone number (if it is required) is *removed for security*. I gave Talktalk a very low score in my appraisal after getting no help from my chat to Razana

What is the problem? The support team here do not have access to the mobile billing system so are unlikely to be able to help other than in general terms, you really need to contact the mobile team directly.
