Moving home

First Timer

I just moved into my new flat and wanted to transfer my previous existing broadband.  I tried the moved home section and asked me to call a number. Each time I call the number, I get cut off. I really need to speak with one of the agents because my contract will run out in July 2021 and I can't be paying for what I am not using. HELP PLEASE!!!! !!
